Chicago's Community Cultural Database
Growing and engaging your audience comes from understanding your audience.

The Community Cultural Database is a cooperative web-based patron database, offered as a benefit to all members of League of Chicago Theatres. There is no additional fee to be part of this community, which is offered through a partnership between the League and TRG Arts.   The CCD ensures your data is clean (via the National Change of Address database), enables you to simply and easily trade mailing lists with other CCD organizations, and enlightens you as to who is actually walking through your doors.

What can the CCD do for me and my company?

The CCD saves you time and money by simplifying the things you do with data.
  • All data you put into the CCD is cleaned each quarter by running it through the NCOA and returning updates to you.
  • Cross-penetration community reports help identify the best organizational matches for list trades and other partnerships across organizations.
  • Direct mail list-trades are easier than ever with shopping cart functionality and one-click trade requests - all within the permission-based system.
  • Geographic, Demographic, and Psycographic information is appended to your data in 20 different categories by Acxiom (for no additional fee).


How does it work?
Your company segments and uploads your patron data into the CCD, choosing which lists are visible to other companies and available for trade and which are for your organization's eyes only.

TRG runs all the data through the NCOA each quarter, and gets the cleaned data back to you so that you can keep your records up to date. 

You create orders, run personalized reports, analyze community-wide data, approve trades, and communicate with your colleagues, all using TRG's web-based eMerge system.  Whether your company's office is in a loft in Ravenswood or a coffee shop in Bucktown, you can access your data from anywhere with an internet connection.
